We are remote-first. Roles are open across Canada and the United States unless a posting says otherwise, and the team works asynchronously with flexible hours.
An intro conversation, a role-specific discussion with the person you would work most closely with, and a short practical exercise related to the actual work. We aim to keep it to two or three conversations.
