Join the networkWhat is Food Web?
Food Web Network is a food tech platform building the digital infrastructure of local food systems. Its first app is the kitchen: a two-sided marketplace where food entrepreneurs book licensed commercial kitchens by the hour, and kitchen owners — churches, legions, community halls, cafés, and restaurants — earn revenue from unused capacity.
Every kitchen on Food Web is licensed and insured, with bookings, payments, messaging, and reviews handled on the platform. Around the marketplace, Food Web operates a growing set of apps: interactive food maps, an open data API, a community forum, research, a podcast, and events. Headquartered in Nova Scotia, Canada, Food Web serves communities across North America. Our mission: rebuild the food system as a distributed network, not a centralized supply chain.
